      2.What kind of PCB file format can you accept for production?

Gerber,PROTEL 99SE,PROTEL DXP,POWER PCB,CAM350.GCCAM,ODB+(.TGZ)

     
       3.Are our PCB  files safe when I submit them to you for manufacturing?

We respect customer's copyright and will never manufacture PCB for someone else with your files unless we receive written permission from you,nor we'll share these files with any other 3^rd parties.

     
       4.No PCB file/Gbr file,only have the PCB samples,can you produce it for me?

Yes,we could help you to do the PCB.Just send the sample PCB to us,we could clone the PCB design and work out the PCB files,then produce for you.The cloning cost is very low,simple 2 layers PCB only cost 50USD!!!Its cost mainly depends on how many layers of the PCB board.

       7.How to get the PCB&PCBA boards?

• For small packages,we will ship the boards to you by DHL,FEDEX IP/IE,UPS,EMS or SF express.Door to door service.You will get your PCB&PCBA at home.
• For heavy goods more than 300 KGs,we may ship your PCB&PCBA by air or sea shipment to save freight cost.
• Of course,if you have your own forwarder,we may contact them for dealing with your shipment.

        8.Which kind of PCB test(E-test and Flying probe test) should I choose?

• E-test(Electrical test):it is fit for volume production(the total area is more than 3 square meters) and it is one-time charge for reorders without any changes of the gerber file.So if you have repeat orders,then you could choose it.
• Flying probe test:samples and mass production.

        9.What PCBA tests can you provide before shipment?

• AOI and ICT tests will be done for each board.
• FCT test,burn-in test and vibration test,etc. will be done according to customer requirements.
